About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and driven Assistant Manager Inside Sales to manage inbound and outbound leads, conduct virtual product demonstrations, and ensure smooth coordination between Inside Sales and Field Sales teams. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with strong communication skills and a passion for building relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Management: Handle inbound inquiries and outbound lead calls, follow up via calls/emails, and update leads in CRM.
  • Sales Coordination: Act as a liaison between Inside Sales and Field Sales teams, ensuring effective communication and lead handovers.
  • Virtual Demos: Deliver engaging online product presentations and address customer queries.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships to increase conversions.
  • Reporting: Track lead status, provide timely updates, and share insights with the sales team.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Relationship Management, or related roles.

  • Strong written communication and email etiquette.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools
  • Client engagement and relationship-building skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability.
