Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Executive with at least 2 years of experience in the Recruitment or Staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and maintaining client relationships. Experience with LinkedIn marketing, email campaigns, and digital marketing strategies is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients in need of recruitment or staffing services.
Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to generate new business leads.
Follow up on leads generated through digital campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities.
Collaborate with recruiters and delivery teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
Create and execute B2B marketing strategies through LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
Maintain CRM records and generate sales reports as required.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales within recruitment/staffing industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Marketing including outreach, InMail, and Sales Navigator.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies (email campaigns, CRM, basic SEO/SEM knowledge, etc.).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
Basic knowledge of content marketing and lead generation funnels is a plus.
