About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior Python Developer
to join our team on a
contract basis
. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
core Python
,
data engineering
, and
cloud-based solutions
, and will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and maintain
    Python applications
    with high quality and efficiency.
  • Work on
    data engineering projects
    , including
    data pipelines, ETL processes, and analysis
    using
    Python Pandas
    .
  • Design, develop, and integrate
    RESTful APIs
    for various applications.
  • Deploy and manage applications on
    AWS cloud platforms
    .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Ensure
    code quality, documentation, and best practices
    in development.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for
    performance and scalability
    .
  • Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on Python development best practices.

Required Skills:

  • 5–11 years of experience
    in Python development.
  • Strong core Python skills
    and experience with
    object-oriented programming
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    Python Pandas
    and
    data engineering workflows
    .
  • Good experience in
    API design and integration
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    AWS services
    (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.).
  • Excellent
    communication and collaboration skills
    .
  • Ability to work independently and deliver on time in a
    contract-based environment

Preferred:

  • Experience with
    Docker, Kubernetes, or other cloud-native tools
    .
  • Knowledge of
    machine learning or AI frameworks
    (optional).
  • Familiarity with
    CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows
    .
