experienced Senior Python Architect & Lead Python Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and design scalable, high-performance software solutions using

  • Lead a team of engineers, guiding them in coding best practices, system design, and problem-solving.
  • Develop robust backend systems using

    (Django, Flask, FastAPI).
  • Build modern, interactive front-end applications with

    microservices architecture
    and develop APIs with

  • Oversee end-to-end development: requirement analysis, architecture, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and DevOps teams to deliver projects on time.
  • Ensure security, scalability, and performance optimizations are implemented at every layer.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in Python, JavaScript, cloud, and DevOps.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8+ years of professional software development experience

Strong expertise in
Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI)

Proficiency in

Solid experience with

Expertise in designing

Strong knowledge of
databases

Experience with
CI/CD pipelines
