Client Success Account Executive

Location - Pune

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the sole point of contact for our international B2B clients, and an intermediary between the stakeholders.

  2. Nurture and strengthen client relationships, excel at end-to-end management of client deliverables, and strategically advise clients on how our solutions can best fit their demand and lead generation goals

  3. Be responsible for day-to-day communication with clients and understand client requirements and communicate the same to the operations team

  4. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and oversee monthly campaign deliveries

  5. Maintain daily/weekly campaign status reports

  6. Prepare SOW and manage invoicing requirements

  7. Create ad-hoc post-campaign analysis presentations

  8. Handle client escalations appropriately

Qualification & Experience:

  1. Experience: 0-1 year of work experience in Sales/Marketing

  2. Industry: Marketing or sales profile in any industry or B2B

  3. Excellent communication skills (Verbal and written), logical thinking
