JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Good knowledge of crop management practices, crop agronomy, impact of pest on crop.
- Prepare marketing strategies to promote the products in B2B companies.
- Good knowledge of market (Indian markets for crop, customer requirement, competitors products, pricing and market potential.
- Should maintain the records of field visit, customers, crops, and samples related to products.
- Share fortnightly report on crop, pest and competitors update Prepare the strategy to sale and liquidation of key products of the company.
- Plan product training for internal and external stake holders Align with field R&D and quality team for field visit and laboratory work.
- Field visit for product trial.
- Travel frequently for product development and field visit.
- Price analysis of key product vs market price.
- The candidate should be strong in product, crop and pest knowledge.
