Role Overview

We are looking for
freshers
to join us as
Business Operations Executives (BOE)
. This role is ideal for individuals who are starting their career journey and want to gain hands-on experience in business operations within a fast-growing EdTech startup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and streamline day-to-day business operations.
  • Work closely with different teams (sales, marketing, training, partnerships) to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Assist in planning and monitoring performance metrics for business growth.
  • Manage documentation, reports, and operational data for decision-making.
  • Support leadership in executing strategic initiatives and special projects.

Requirements:

  • Open to
    freshers from any stream
    (graduates or final-year students).
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
