  • We are looking for a Business Operations Executive to manage client coordination and operational activities.
  • You will work closely with architects, designers, and clients from the building material industry to ensure smooth execution of projects and timely communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect and coordinate with architects and interior designers for client requirements.Schedule and manage client-designer appointments and follow-up meetings.
  • Support client onboarding, review sessions, and operational processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities, daily reports, and monthly summaries.
  • Engage directly with clients from industries such as marble, furniture, lighting, and home automation.
  • Work with internal teams to align deliverables and ensure project success.
  • Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of experience in business operations, client service, or coordination roles.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proactive in problem-solving and client follow-ups
  • Prior exposure to the building material or design industry is an advantage.
  • Strong teamwork and accountability.
  • Take up complete responsibility of completing the assigned projects with clients.
