Job Title: Senior Architect Coordination

Industry: Real Estate Development

Location: Andheri - chakala

Role Objective:

To lead and coordinate the architectural design process across various project stages, ensuring alignment with the developer's vision, timelines, regulatory requirements, and consultants' deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Coordination:

Liaise between external architects, consultants (structural, MEP, landscape), and internal project teams.

Ensure design intent is maintained throughout all stages – concept to execution.

Review and align drawings from various consultants for integration and conflict resolution.

2. Project Oversight:

Participate in design reviews and value engineering exercises.

Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and procurement for timely approvals and RFIs.

Ensure design deliverables meet project milestones and construction schedules.

3. Compliance & Approvals:

Ensure drawings and plans comply with local municipal bye-laws, DCR, and environmental codes.

Coordinate with legal and liaison teams for regulatory submissions (e.g., RERA, MOEF, Fire NOC).

4. Technical Expertise:

Review GFC (Good for Construction) drawings for accuracy and buildability.

Monitor quality of design implementation during site visits.

Resolve design and execution issues in collaboration with site teams.

5. Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain logs of design changes, revisions, and approvals.

Present regular coordination reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications:

B.Arch or M.Arch from a reputed institute.

Strong understanding of architecture, building codes, and project lifecycle in real estate.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, BIM tools (preferred).

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
