Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented SEO Content Writer with a strong understanding of the real estate domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for writing high-quality, keyword-rich content that improves organic search rankings and drives relevant traffic to our website and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write SEO-optimized content for website pages, property descriptions, blogs, landing pages, and social media.
  • Develop engaging content around property trends, locality reviews, investment tips, and real estate updates.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement best on-page SEO practices.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align content with business objectives and lead generation efforts.
  • Regularly update and refresh existing content based on performance and SEO changes.
  • Track content performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
  • Ensure all content is original, error-free, and aligns with the company's tone and branding.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, English, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of content writing experience, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, keyword strategy, and search engine algorithms.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress.
  • Ability to write for both B2C and B2B audiences.

Good to Have:

  • Experience in Mumbai real estate market or property portals.
  • Understanding of real estate terminology and buyer psychology.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Search Console and on-page optimization tools.
