Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients in the assigned region.
  • Assist in developing sales strategies to promote Biometa Polypacks products.
  • Build and maintain client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Support in preparing quotations, follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams.
  • Conduct field visits to generate leads and gather customer feedback.
  • Participate in marketing activities to increase brand awareness.
  • Prepare weekly reports on leads, visits, and sales performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Marketing, Business, or any relevant field.
  • 13 years of field sales experience (preferably in packaging, FMCG, or industrial sectors).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and willing to travel locally.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a startup environment.
