Role & responsibilities

Project Manager:

  • Plan and execute the project from initiation to completion.
  • Prepare project schedules, cost estimates, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams for smooth execution.
  • Monitor project progress through regular site visits and review meetings.
  • Supervise and monitor daily site activities for interior fit-out works.
  • Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and labor for smooth workflow.
  • Ensure execution as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines.
  • Maintain daily site progress reports, attendance, and material records.
  • Inspect finishes, furniture, and MEP coordination at site.
  • Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper site organization.
  • Assist Project Manager in preparing reports and communicating progress.
  • Handle client and consultant site visits confidently.

Site Supervisor:

Supervise and monitor all on-site activities.

Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams.

Track material consumption and report shortages.

Maintain daily site reports, labor attendance, and progress logs.

Ensure safety practices and cleanliness at the site.

Support the Project Manager in planning and progress updates.

Inspect work quality and highlight issues for corrective action.

Assist in material receipt, storage, and verification.
