Job Summary:

We are seeking a diligent and proactive Civil Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site activities, ensure work quality, monitor progress, and coordinate with contractors, engineers, and clients to ensure timely project completion as per design and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor all on-site civil construction activities.
  • Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and labor teams for smooth workflow.
  • Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations at the site.
  • Manage material usage and track inventory levels.
  • Inspect workmanship and ensure rectification of any defects.
  • Assist in planning and scheduling project activities to meet deadlines.
  • Report site updates and issues to the project manager or engineer regularly.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and materials.
  • Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
  • Good communication and team management skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and site supervision best practices.
  • Basic computer and MS Excel skills preferred.
