The Web Consultant is responsible for communicating with business owners via phone and email to present and explain the services offered by the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify potential clients through various channels, including online platforms, cold calling, social media, and referrals.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process to acquire new customers.
  • Perform cold calling by making multiple outbound calls to engage potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed effectively.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and prioritize high-potential sales opportunities.
  • Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of the company's products and services to prospective clients.
  • Must be tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital tools and platforms.

Required Skills:

  • Possess excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Minimum Experience - 6 months experience in website process.
  • Candidates who can join immediately or with short notice period will be preferred.

Benefits:

Fixed US Shift: (8:30 pm to 5:30 am) AND (10 pm to 7 am)

Monday to Friday working.

Saturday & Sunday Fixed off.

Fixed salary and Incentives depending upon performance.

Salary on time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
