Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand goals
  • Create high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, graphics, videos, etc.) across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter).
  • Manage daily posting, scheduling, and audience interaction
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to optimize campaigns
  • Stay updated on digital trends and platform algorithm changes
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to maintain consistent brand messaging
  • Manage paid social media campaigns (optional but preferred)

What We're Looking For

  • 1-2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling
  • Experience with tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, or similar
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and think strategically

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience managing paid ad campaigns
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills
  • Portfolio of past social media work or successful campaigns
