Social Media Executive

We're seeking a talented and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to join our team and help us build a strong and engaging online presence. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a strategic social media plan across various platforms, creating high-quality content, and fostering meaningful relationships with our audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our overall marketing goals.
- Create engaging and creative content, including written posts, visuals (using Canva), and videos, that resonate with our target audience.
- Manage and schedule social media posts across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
- Analyze social media data and reporting to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices.
- Craft compelling copywriting that informs, entertains, and persuades our audience.
- Develop and implement engaging social media advertising campaigns.
- Build and nurture relationships with our audience by responding to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and design, to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their unique audiences.
- Experience with copywriting and content creation.
- Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools.
- Working knowledge of social media advertising principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Passion for storytelling and a creative mindset.

**Bonus points for**:

- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta).
- Knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Video editing skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
