Role Overview:

We are looking for a Junior Political Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of both Indian and international politics, possess excellent communication and report-writing skills, and have proven experience in preparing high-quality reports. This role requires analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to convert data-driven insights into impactful political strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research on Indian and global political developments, policies, and trends.
  • Analyse political data, voter sentiment, and campaign performance to generate insights.
  • Prepare clear, well-structured reports, briefs, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track political events, elections, and policy decisions to provide timely updates and analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into strategy design.
  • Support campaign planning, messaging, and on-ground political operations through research-driven recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Political Science, International Relations, Public Policy, Journalism, or related fields.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in report writing, research documentation, and presentation.
  • Ability to analyse complex data and political scenarios with clarity.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with data analysis tools will be an added advantage.
