Senior Sales Professional (Commission-Based) #delhi-ncr

Wayman Designs is a multidisciplinary experiential design and production studio, specializing in
events, activations, brand experiences, retail kiosks, and BTL marketing solutions
. We partner with leading brands to create impactful campaigns that bring ideas to life.

We are looking for a
dynamic Senior Sales Professional / Business Development
 with proven experience in the
events and experiential marketing industry
to join us on a
commission-only basis
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in events, activations, retail setups, and experiential marketing.
  • Build and nurture client relationships across corporate, retail, and brand categories.
  • Pitch services, present credentials, and drive conversions.
  • Collaborate with our design & production team to align solutions with client needs.
  • Deliver on revenue targets through consistent client acquisition and upselling.

Ideal Candidate

  • 3-7 years of proven sales/business development experience in
    events, activations, or experiential marketing
    .
  • Strong client network and ability to open doors with decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working on commission basis.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently.
