Position Overview:We're looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to join our Operations team, responsible for engaging with clients on their Keus smart home automation and smart lighting products installation journey. Ideal candidates will possess knowledge of customer relationships and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:Ensure the complete details of the customer are updated in the CRMProfessional client engagement in the customer life cycle starts from a welcome call to project completion

Inform client on Sales to Operations handover and schedule the process in coordination with the Operations team

Validate and share the Order transactions (receivables) update with the client and sales team

Update the Sales order as per the requirement based on site changes and installation

Coordinate with the Sales team on pending payments

Schedule installation in coordination with the Operations team and ClientStructured escalation of identified issues in a systematic manner

Qualifications:Education background should include a Diploma or Graduation in any stream

Ideally 2 to 4 years of expertise in the customer relationship department in Interiors or project management companies

Good communication skills – English, Hindi and TeluguProficiency in MS-ExcelStrong interpersonal abilities
