Operations Manager AssistantWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Operations Manager in making key policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
About the Role:
- Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of outlets and Central Kitchen.
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations by managing legal and regulatory documents.
- Contribute to short and long-term goal planning, including expansion strategies.
- Identify problems and opportunities for growth, and implement solutions.
- Foster partnerships with other organizations to drive business development.
- Manage operational costs and improve efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with delivery portals and customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager Assistant or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
