Job Description:

The Telecaller is responsible for contacting potential or existing customers to promote products/services, answer queries, and maintain customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound and receive inbound calls to/from customers.
  • Explain products or services and generate interest.
  • Maintain records of calls and customer details.
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues politely.
  • Meet daily/weekly calling and sales targets.

Required Skills:

  • 0-3 years of experience in telecalling
  • Good communication and listening skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Positive attitude and convincing ability.
  • Fluency in English or regional language.
  • Minimum 12th pass or graduate (preferred).

Salary & Benefits:

  • Starting Salary: ₹12,000 per month
  • Increments: Based on performanc
  • Additional Benefits: Incentives on admissions achieved
