The Role

As Sales Account Manager, you will be the hunter who builds our pipeline and drives new

business across multiple geographies. This is a full-cycle sales role where you own prospecting,

qualification, discovery, and closing deals independently.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Pipeline Generation Prospecting

  2. Build ICP lists across India, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Australia, US, UK, Europe, Singapore, and Asia.

  3. Research and identify ideal prospects (founders, CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Product Heads)
  4. Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calling, LinkedIn, and email
  5. Qualify leads based on budget, need, and timeline
  6. Maintain pipeline of 40-60 active prospects at all times

  7. Discovery and Sales Conversations

  8. Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs

  9. Position 86 Agency as services (custom development, dedicated teams, DevOps, cloud,
  10. AI/ML)
  11. Identify pain points and map to solutions
  12. Run consultative selling conversations (value-first)

  13. Deal Structuring and Closing

  14. Prepare proposals and present solutions to prospects

  15. Negotiate terms, pricing, and scope
  16. Close deals and get signatures
  17. Manage deal velocity and ensure timely closes
  18. Update CRM religiously with all interactions and next steps

  19. Target Achievement

  20. Hit monthly revenue targets ($100K/month building to higher targets)

  21. Achieve quarterly and annual quotas
  22. Provide accurate sales forecasting

Required Experience and Skills

  • 3+ years selling IT services (custom development, software solutions, digital transformation) OR digital marketing/agency sales OR software development/SaaS sales.
  • Proven track record closing deals $20K-150K+.
  • Experience doing outbound prospecting in
    US/UK/EU/Asia markets
  • Experience with custom Software Development, DevOps, cloud, SaaS, or dedicated team offerings
