Job Title: Accountant

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage daily accounting tasks, including GST filing, TDS filing, Profit & Loss management, and Balance Sheet preparation. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Tally and have a strong understanding of tax laws and financial reporting.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle daily accounting operations, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable/receivable.

Prepare and file GST returns accurately and on time.

Prepare Profit & Loss statements and ensure accurate reporting of financial results.

Prepare, file, and manage TDS returns in compliance with tax laws.

Maintain and manage the Balance Sheet, ensuring it accurately reflects the financial status of the company.

Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closings.

Liaise with auditors and assist in audits, if required.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.

Strong proficiency in Tally ERP software.

In-depth knowledge of GST and TDS filing procedures.

Ability to prepare Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets.

Good understanding of accounting principles and tax laws.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
