**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Management**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- **Sales & Business Development**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Present and demonstrate company products or services to potential clients, highlighting how they meet client needs.
- **Tally Management**:

- Utilize Tally software to manage and record financial transactions, track invoices, and handle accounting tasks.
- Generate financial reports and summaries using Tally to provide clients and internal stakeholders with accurate data.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies in all financial activities.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:

- Prepare and analyze sales reports, client performance metrics, and financial data to inform decision-making.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends and financial analysis.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
- Coordinate with other departments to deliver a seamless client experience and address any cross-functional issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role, with a focus on client management and sales.
- Proficiency in Tally software, with hands-on experience in financial management and reporting.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with other accounting software or ERP systems.
- Knowledge of industry-specific financial practices or regulations.
- Advanced Excel skills or familiarity with other data analysis tools.
