**Job Description**:
As an Accountant at Pioneer Marketing Corporation, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You will work closely with our finance team to support various financial functions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Financial Record Keeping**: Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

**Month-End Close**: Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

**Financial Reporting**: Prepare financial statements and reports, analyze financial data, and present findings to management.

**Tally: Must need experience in Tally software**

Vouchers Maintenance,

Payments followup, salaries preparation, attendance Maintenance, PF and ESI Maintenance

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

2 to 3 years of accounting experience.

Proficiency in Tally accounting software and Microsoft Excel, Word.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
