International Sales Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and experienced International Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding English communication skills, with a preference for those with a foreign accent, and a proven track record in sales.

Role & Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential customers through calls, emails, and social media outreach.

Present Codeyoung online courses effectively to parents and students across global markets.

Conduct product demos and convert leads into enrollments.

Follow up with prospects and ensure timely closures.

Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.

Maintain and update lead status in the CRM system.

Collaborate with marketing and customer experience teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

Stay updated on product offerings and competitor activities.

Prepare accurate daily and weekly sales reports for management.

Deliver exceptional customer service to drive referrals and repeat sales.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Bachelors degree in any discipline; MBA or equivalent is a plus.

0 - 6 months of experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition (freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.

Comfortable working in night shifts (9 PM 6 AM, US time zone).

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Prior experience in EdTech sales or international sales is an advantage.

Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office skills.

Positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
