Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant General Manager/General Manager Operations, located in Thane. The AGM/GM Operations will be responsible for overseeing daily operations Inbound and Out Bound processes, ensuring operational efficiency, managing teams, and maintaining compliance with company standards. Key responsibilities include monitoring operational performance, implementing process improvements, coordinating between departments, and responsible for Operational KPI/KRA.

Qualifications/Requirements :

  • Experience in overseeing daily operations and operational efficiency
  • Strong team management and leadership skills
  • Knowledge in process improvements and compliance
  • Excellent coordination and project management skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Thane
  • Must have relevant professional experience in the BPO or ITeS industry
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized University
