We are looking for a skilled API Practice Head with 15-25 years of experience to lead our team in Pune, Bangalore, and Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in API integration and delivery management.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Manage and deliver projects on time, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve their best performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to API integration.
  • Provide expertise and guidance to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

  • Strong understanding of API integration, delivery management, and strategic planning.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on delivering high-quality results and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Skills: API integration, API Practice, delivery expertise, delivery management, Strategic Planning, Business /Operations Management, and Project Management.
  • Experience: 15-25 years overall experience and minimum 10+ years experience working on API integration.
  • Notice Period: 0-90 days.
  • Education: BE/B Tech, ME/Mtech, BCA/MCA.
