Animeta is a pioneer in ethnoveterinary products, specializing in antibiotic-free solutions for animal healthcare. Our products address a wide range of issues—from minor wounds to complex diseases like Mastitis and Lumpy Skin Disease. We provide effective alternatives to antibiotic misuse in livestock farming, helping dairy companies deliver antibiotic-free milk for human consumption.

Role Overview

We are seeking a
Marketing Strategist – Creative & Lead Planning
who will be responsible for designing high-impact marketing strategies for lead generation across multiple regions and languages.This is
a strategy-focused role
—you will guide what the team should create, when to run which campaign, and how to achieve strong lead flow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop region-wise marketing and lead generation strategies
  • Create monthly & weekly campaign plans
  • Provide creative briefs for designs, reels, videos, and WhatsApp content
  • Plan digital marketing strategy (Meta, Google, YouTube) — planning only
  • Define audience segments, messaging angles, and campaign funnels
  • Build rural-focused communication frameworks for low-literacy farmers
  • Coordinate strategy with Sales, CRM, Digital Marketing, and Design teams
  • Analyse lead data to refine strategy and improve lead quality
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing roadmaps

Requirements

  • 4–8 years experience in marketing strategy / lead generation / digital planning
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, rural consumer behaviour, and farmer psychology
  • Ability to create high-level creative directions and campaign ideas
  • Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation skills
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and briefing ability
  • Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
  • Strong research and planning skills with timely content delivery.

Preferred skills:

  • Experience in agriculture, dairy, livestock, or rural marketing
  • Creative mindset with structured planning ability
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams
  • Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of farmer challenges
