Role Overview

We're looking for a
dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive
to promote and sell
medical simulators and simulation-based academic training programs
across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities for simulators and academic training programs.
  • Conduct
    presentations, product demos, and academic workshops
    for medical colleges, nursing institutes, and hospitals.
  • Develop and execute
    regional sales strategies
    to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with
    Deans, HODs, Professors, and Training Coordinators.
  • Gather
    market insights
    , track competitors, and represent ONE Learning at exhibitions and conferences.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and collaborate with technical and academic teams for demos and installations.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's or Master's in
Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management
, or
Business Administration
.

1–4 years of experience in
B2B sales
(preferably in medical devices, edtech, or healthcare training solutions).

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, organized, and willing to
travel extensively
.
