Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Noida. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and promoting Learnify Education's services to align with their goals. Daily responsibilities include lead generation, client relationship management, creating and delivering sales presentations, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves maintaining client records and providing regular feedback to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales, Business Development, and Lead Generation
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Client relationship management and customer engagement experience
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining client records
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the education consulting or career guidance industry is a plus
