Job Title: Senior Video Analyst

Location: [Hybrid/Remote]

Employment Type: Full-time

Annual Compensation: 3-4 LPA

About the Role

We are looking for highly observant and detail-oriented individuals to join our team. The role involves reviewing video footage to identify potential shoplifting / loss management incidents as well as documenting unusual or suspicious behavior observed during the review.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review video footage carefully to spot incidents.
  • Identify and document unusual or suspicious behaviors that may indicate risks.
  • Accurately record observations and scenarios as per the SOP guidelines.
  • Provide clear and detailed documentation to support findings and escalations.
  • Stay alert and consistent in identifying subtle behavioral cues.
  • Navigate and use assigned platforms/tools effectively for review, documentation and communication.
  • Communicate observations and findings effectively with the team and leads.

Skills & Requirements
:

  • Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel (formulas, filters, pivot tables, basic scripting is a plus).
  • Adherence and quick adaptability to changes in workflow and ability to lead a team as such.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and documentation abilities.
  • Strong focus and patience to review long video footage without missing critical details.
  • Attention to detail, especially when handling large volumes of data.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.

Eligibility:

  • Undergraduate or postgraduate student in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related fields.
  • Work experience or project work in data handling is a plus.
  • Prior experience in video analysis, security monitoring, auditing, or fraud detection (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Familiarity with retail environments or loss prevention processes will be an advantage
