About the Role:

We are currently seeking an energetic, ambitious, and motivated
Business Analyst
to join our team, considering
Senior level
role. We require someone with a background in the
media
/
video/OTT industry
, and experience working closely with cross-functional teams such as developers, designers, and test team members. This is a client facing role, so you will need to have excellent stakeholder manager skills, working with people remotely across the globe. We require someone with a keen eye for detail, technical curiosity, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently, gather, analyse, document, review, and track requirements and user stories
  • Undertake gap analysis and maintain gap list
  • Write, review, and maintain technical and functional documentation
  • Write and review product change specifications
  • Develop, review and document business processes
  • Facilitate and document business process reviews
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Effectively communicate with business and technical stakeholders
  • Act as liaison between customer/business and technical teams
  • Present proposed solutions internally and externally when required
  • Support the Quality Assurance team to ensure high quality of deliveries
  • Be actively involved in presales activities when required

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar BA role in software development or IT consulting environment
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of the SDLC with good understanding of application development, systems, and design as well as business analysis and methodologies
  • Gherkin experience is must
  • Ability to multi-task and effectively manage time and stress levels
  • Advanced level skills in MS Office
  • Be flexible, proactive, solution oriented and have strong relationship skills
  • Ability to learn quickly commercial and practical approach
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Deep attention to details
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to effectively tailor communications to a diverse range of business and technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work well under pressure to provide timely and accurate solutions to business opportunities and challenges
  • Tertiary qualification in IT or Computer Science
