Role & responsibilities

Responsible for the entire operation of a branch; from ensuring the attainment of sales goals to overseeing everyone provides excellent customer service

  • To ensure customer service standards are met and inimize customer complaints and escalations
  • Deepen customer engagements and ensure revenue is maximized by cross sell and upsell
  • Ensure smooth operations of the branch at all times
  • Ensure branch adheres to the highest standards of compliance
  • Ensure branch upkeep in terms of physical and IT infrastructure

Preferred candidate profile : Minimum 3 years expriance as Teller/PB Authoriser/Branch Banking Operations experience
