Location: Kottayam and Mulanthuruthy
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of experience in Microfinance Institution (MFI) or NBFC sector is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day branch operations.
  • Lead and motivate the branch team to achieve business targets.
  • Ensure proper disbursement and recovery of loans.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and handle client queries.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in MFI or NBFC operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure.
