Job Opening: Branch Manager – Microfinance Industry

Location: Kottayam

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to join our growing team in the Microfinance sector.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum Qualification: Plus Two (12th Pass)
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of managerial experience in the Microfinance industry (Mandatory)
  • Gender: Male / Female can apply
  • Age Limit: Up to 40 years

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: Up to ₹27,000/month
  • Travel Conveyance: ₹3,000/month
  • Attractive Performance-based Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage overall branch operations
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve targets
  • Ensure proper loan disbursement, recovery, and client relationship
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company standards

Other Requirements:

  • Strong branch management capabilities
  • Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory
  • Willingness to travel as part of the job role

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
