We are a fast-growing IT software company committed to delivering innovative solutions to our clients. We are looking for a passionate and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Manage content creation, branding, and advertising activities.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns using analytics tools.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI-driven campaigns.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve set targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in [IT].
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8, ₹12,000.00 per month
