Role Description (Local Candidate only)
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Office Administrative Assistant for our Chandigarh office. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office by handling administrative and clerical tasks with efficiency and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence
• Maintain office supplies and oversee daily operations
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
• Organize and manage important documents and records
• Provide executive assistance to senior management

Qualifications
• Strong skills in Administrative and Executive Assistance
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong clerical, organizational, and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Prior experience in a similar role preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
