Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Information System Manager. The HRIS Manager will be responsible for managing the HR information system, designing and implementing business processes, managing employee benefits, and leading project management initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills and HRIS experience
  • Business process design and implementation experience
  • Experience in managing employee benefits programs
  • Project management experience and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the jewelry or retail industry is a plus
