Role Summary

We are looking for intelligent, analytical, and hard-working interns
to join our Growth Marketing team. You'll get hands-on experience with
digital campaigns, offline activations, influencer marketing, analytics tools (Appsflyer, GA4, CleverTap), and BI dashboards (PowerBI)
while supporting the team in scaling our subscriber base across India.

This role is ideal for candidates who want to learn
full-funnel growth marketing
, work with cutting-edge tools, and contribute meaningfully to a
high-growth startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Support:
    Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital and offline campaigns.
  • Performance Tracking:
    Collect and analyze data from Appsflyer, GA4, Firebase, and PowerBI dashboards.
  • Content & Social Media:
    Contribute ideas for social campaigns, influencer tie-ups, and community growth.
  • Market Research:
    Track competitor strategies, user behavior, and new marketing trends.
  • Offline Activations:
    Support field teams with execution in retail, corporate, and event partnerships.
  • Reporting:
    Prepare weekly reports on campaign performance, user acquisition, retention, and CAC.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    Work with Product, Partnerships, and Analytics teams to align growth efforts.

What We're Looking For

  • Education:
    Currently pursuing/completed Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
  • Skills:
  • Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads) preferred.
  • Bonus if you've used Appsflyer, GA4, Firebase, or BI tools.
  • Traits:
  • Intelligent, curious, and quick learner.
  • Hard-working and self-motivated.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup culture.
