Job Overview:

We are seeking a confident and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team at our Hair Transplant and Aesthetics Clinic in Raja Rajeshwari Nagar, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in telesales, excellent communication skills in kannada, and preferably a working knowledge of English.

You will be responsible for calling potential clients, explaining our services, handling queries, and converting leads into appointments or consultations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the leads database.
  • Explain clinic services, offers, and procedures related to hair transplant and aesthetics.
  • Schedule appointments and consultations for walk-ins or online consultations.
  • Follow up on previous inquiries or cold leads and maintain accurate records.
  • Address client queries professionally and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain call logs, update CRM systems, and ensure lead status is tracked.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets on calls and conversions.
  • Build rapport with clients and encourage referrals or repeat visits.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2 years of telesales or telecalling experience (preferably in healthcare, wellness, or services). If not freshers are also welcome.
  • Excellent verbal communication in Kannada.
  • Basic English understanding
  • Confidence in explaining beauty/health-related services over the phone.
  • Good listening and persuasion skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel (training can be provided).
  • Pleasant phone manner and customer-first attitude.
