Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Female Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a presentable personality, and a strong passion for fashion and customer service. She will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, and closing B2B & B2C sales for our premium apparel range.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
  • Handle in-store sales, showroom visits, and walk-in client interactions.
  • Manage B2B inquiries from boutiques, resellers, and online sellers.
  • Maintain proper product knowledge to confidently explain features, fabrics, pricing, and offers.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales deals.
  • Maintain daily sales records and report to the Sales Manager.
  • Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining the presentation of the sales floor.
  • Support marketing activities, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns as needed.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through effective communication and after-sales service.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in retail / fashion / apparel / showroom sales preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Bengali (additional languages are a plus).
  • Smart, well-groomed, and confident personality.
  • Ability to work under targets and handle customer queries patiently.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / WhatsApp Business / Excel will be an advantage.
