The HR Executive will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for overseas job requirements, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates. In addition, the role requires active participation in sales calling to generate business leads, promote consultancy services, and support client acquisition. This is a dual-role position requiring strong communication, multitasking, and target-oriented skills.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Source suitable candidates for overseas job openings through job portals, social media, databases, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial screening, telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates based on Company requirements.
  • Maintain candidate records, follow-ups, and databases.
  • Assist in documentation and onboarding formalities.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for multiple sectors.
  • Assist in monthly payroll processing for employees.
  • Make outbound sales calls to potential clients in the overseas recruitment market.
  • Generate leads, schedule meetings, and support business development activities.
  • Maintain follow-up with interested clients and convert leads into business opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment; overseas consultancy experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a dual-role environment (HR + Sales).
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and handle targets.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, job portals.
