About the Role

Shivaay is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with strong technical expertise in Flutter, , and React — along with hands-on experience in deployment and delivery management.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of full-stack development and deployment experience, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven record of managing end-to-end delivery of high-quality web and mobile application projects.

This is a full-time, on-site night shift role (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM) based in Zirakpur, Punjab, where you'll oversee multiple projects, lead development teams, and ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple projects built using Flutter, React, and
  • Oversee the complete software development and deployment lifecycle — from planning and architecture to coding, testing, and release.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage Agile sprints, task allocation, and ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Mentor and guide development teams, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
  • Plan and execute deployment strategies for mobile and web apps (Play Store, App Store, AWS, Firebase, etc.).
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, cloud integrations, and version control systems (Git).
  • Ensure performance, scalability, and security standards across all projects.
  • Collaborate closely with design, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery.
  • Identify potential risks and bottlenecks, and implement proactive solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software development and deployment.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Flutter, , and
  • Proven experience with AWS, Firebase, Google Cloud, or similar cloud platforms.
  • Proficiency in CI/CD tools, Git/GitHub, and automated deployment workflows.
  • Experience publishing apps on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, database design, and third-party integrations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to work the night shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
  • Must be available on-site in Zirakpur, Punjab
