About the Job

Key responsibilities:

  1. Meet and engage with corporate clients, build business channels, and follow up on opportunities.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with property consultants.
  3. Manage PPC channel leads, follow up effectively, and provide appropriate solutions.
  4. Prepare quotes/proposals and close enquiries for office cabins, virtual offices, hot desks, Justdial leads, and conference spaces.
  5. Handle client management and communication – gather feedback, nurture relationships, and ensure repeat business.
  6. Monitor market and competitor activities and provide timely reports.
  7. Identify client needs, forecast requirements, and prepare proposals for customized business solutions.
  8. Generate profitable business through company's products and services.
  9. Contribute actively to sales strategies and execution with the team.
  10. Maintain accurate records – lead trackers, daily activity reports, PPC follow-ups, KDF reports post-site tours, etc.
  11. Forecast sales pipeline and update management on prospect status.
  12. Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by management.

A 3-month on-the-job training related to sales and marketing will be provided.
