Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Quest Offices, located in Bengaluru. The BD Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, generating leads, and closing sales. The day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, and managing client accounts. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and maintaining up-to-date records of sales activities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, and marketing
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
  • Proficiency in market research and lead generation
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience with CRM software and managing client accounts
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the coworking space or real estate industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
