Position Overview:We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Domestic Customer Sales Executive to manage both inbound and outbound calls. You'll be responsible for promoting our courses providing course details and converting leads into enrolments. Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound inquiries and follow up with outbound calls to potential leads.

Provide detailed information about the programs offered by us. Counsel potential students about the course structure, fees, accommodation, and benefits. Maintain records of conversations and conversions.

Meet or exceed monthly enrolment targets. Build rapport and maintain a relationship with prospective students. Ideal Candidate Profile:1-3 years of experience in sales, telecalling or academic counseling preferred.

Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-up effectively. Comfortable working with targets.
