We are looking for an experienced Senior Salon Manager to lead daily operations at a premium salon outlet. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong customer-service orientation, and hands-on experience in managing teams, sales performance, and overall salon operations.

The ideal candidate will ensure an exceptional client experience while maintaining high service standards and driving salon performance.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in salon management (premium salon or spa experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
  • Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in retail sales, stock handling, and operational management.
  • Comfortable working on weekends and during peak business hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day salon operations and ensure achievement of monthly sales targets.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and effectively manage client queries and concerns.
  • Handle VIP clients and ensure high standards of hospitality and service delivery.
  • Lead, train, and manage salon staff performance, productivity, and rostering.
  • Manage billing operations, stock control, inventory, and retail sales.
  • Maintain salon hygiene, ambience, cleanliness, and overall upkeep.
  • Coordinate with other outlet managers and handle administrative communication.
