Job Description

Hi-Tech Bearings Pvt Ltd is an authorized distributor for Schaeffler, the world's No.1 bearings company.

We supply bearings and industrial components to leading manufacturers and engineering companies across Karnataka.

We are hiring Business Development Executives who can visit B2B companies, meet purchase managers, understand requirements, and build long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

Visit assigned B2B industrial companies 3–4 days a week and meet purchase managers/business owners.

Gather company and requirement details, and update all information in Zoho CRM daily.

Handle enquiries and follow up with customers until closure.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular visits and communication.

Find and approach new companies in the nearby area to generate new leads.

Send emails, book appointments, and prepare daily visit reports before end of day.

Coordinate with internal teams for quotations and ensure timely responses to clients.

Requirements

Good communication and relationship-building skills.

Comfortable doing field visits and meeting clients regularly.

Basic computer knowledge (Email, Excel, CRM entry).

Having your own two-wheeler preferred.

Fluency in English, Hindi, or Kannada (any two preferred).

Candidates from B2B / industrial sales / bearings / mechanical background are preferred.

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday – 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM

(Visits until 5 PM; office work & reporting afterwards)

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month (Fixed)

Incentives + Travel Allowance

Total earning potential: ₹45,000 per month
