Job Description

We are looking for a skilled
ServiceNow GRC Developer
with hands-on experience in developing and implementing GRC solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in
workspace portal development
,
UI/UX design
,
integration
,
scripting
, and
customization
within ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement
    ServiceNow GRC modules
    (Risk, Compliance, Policy, Audit, etc.).
  • Develop and customize
    workspace portals
    and enhance user experiences.
  • Work on
    portal design and development
    , ensuring seamless UI/UX integration.
  • Implement
    custom scripts
    ,
    UI policies
    ,
    business rules
    , and
    client/server scripts
    .
  • Perform
    system administration
    , configuration, and maintenance activities.
  • Develop
    integrations
    with external systems and third-party applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
  • Provide
    technical support
    and troubleshoot GRC-related issues.

Required Skills

  • 3–8 years of experience as a
    ServiceNow Developer
    with focus on
    GRC
    .
  • Strong experience in
    workspace portal development
    and
    Service Portal customization
    .
  • Proficiency in
    JavaScript
    ,
    Glide API
    , and
    ServiceNow scripting
    .
  • Experience in
    integration
    (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of
    ServiceNow system administration
    and platform configuration.
  • ServiceNow Certification (CSA / CAD / GRC Implementation Specialist) is an added advantage.
